Summary: Many of the people in the group include within the expectations for breakout sessions time for convesation around Action Steps, Timelines, Who Will Do It, all captured in the documentation. Important factor: recognize the extent of the influence of the group; if the people with the right influence are not present, how do we get them to be in on the next steps? Some distinctions which we though might impact this issue: 1) content - are you dealing with tangible,workplace concerns or issues/topics; 2) group type - same population over time (with the possibility of further meetings) or a temporary group.
