Opening Space in Organizations Everyday

- We talked about opportunities for opening space in community organizations, specifically a Family Services organization and a Women's Transition Centre.
- Opportunities include a best practices conference, organizational strategic planning, a meeting for staff to decide on their staff development priorities for the years (and to invite them to organizae those activities themselves) and working nwith families leaving a program to reframe their future at the end of the programa and create a support network for them.
- Discussed the role of managers and leaders and Boards in nsupporting the use of OST and the follow up and how to support staff initiative, sustain invitation and honour Spirit.
- We discussed the Open Space It - Relfect on it - Do it model of sustaining open space and invitation as a practice in the organization.
