Some questions about regional focus came up in the context of thinking about /ReputationSystem. Would most people cultivate a scattered web of supporters or would support necessarily be local? Would a regional focus have to be specified by the user or just offered by the site? Should the site mandate a regional focus, or let that be part of the user's customization? Things get confusing when somebody like TedErnst is active in Chicago and Ghana and Liberia, for instance.
