I am currently Board Chair of More Than Money, a national non-profit that works with individuals to explore the impact of money in their lives and in society and to help people integrate their values with their money. We publish a quarterly Journal, host conferences, workshops, and discussion groups, and provide a listserv and coaching. Giving is one of the main threads that I have watched people explore over the last few years and I look forward to thinking freshly at this gathering about the range of what giving is and what its role is in building a stronger democracy and better society.
