• Orientor is the person that forms the team. Whatever vision an orientor wants to create they can. And, they have the support of their peers that are doing the same thing. Team works happens among the peers. If none of your peers wants to share the vision, they still do personal work with you to help you become an orientor to build your team around your vision. Orientor functions:

  • engaging people
  • giving information about what we are doing

• The Support is a person whose role is personal development of the members of the team. In the ideal sense, the suport person is facilating/giving the personal work part of the meeting. The support person is also responsibile for clarification of lanugage and shared meanings frequently used by the team.
• Administrative (as a noun) An Admi is the one reponsible for circulating information in it's most basic sense. Registering people, collecting forms, registration fees, distributing materials, creating websites, all of the communication stuff. The admi role is to help each peer to overcome any peer to overcome any way that information curculates, use tools, .

Usually a person is informed about what we're doing before they're invited to a weekly meeting.

Both the Support and Admi's are about supporting their peers, who are orientors. Every orientor has one admi and one support. Everyone has peers.
