Rythm of meetings:

Personal work 1st (today humanist principles but it could be any set of principles) Social work 2nd (organizing,planning....)

Each individual is a space (like valerie - individuals as zones of peace) How does the aliveness get inside, once the container is made. A huge leap in which the person is that space from which meetings, activiities and more formalized space. The great force might be simplicity, but it also might be individuality.

Individual to individual has been working for strengthening relationships... and then the individual becomes the power for a great force.

In the retreat there can be a tremendous amount of activity until it shifts for the great work. Laure's last 4 month to now with Clean elections.

Can't do a big web, foundation... how can I do something very simple... maybe a directory...then what if cobbling together existing structures (news blogs,...) how could 30-40 people come together to create a list or a single blog role of others that are something -- now I have an idea that can be started in an afternoon. what do you have, what do you need, what do you see in the world, what do you want to do about it??? More people asking and answering them together. We learn something about making a shape, to advance the work. What can I learn and what can I contribute. It's taking in and giving out.

Humanist Movement has a million volunteers that are meeting weekly in group of 10. The work is not centralized but done locally. But we come together and do the work through personal connections, doing team work which is
