The members support themselves in other ways, working for part of the year on paid work and the rest of the year on volunteer projects with charityfocus, see also Frithjof Bergmann's NewWork. • [ImagineChicago] - facilitated first Global Imagination conference, ongoing technical support for wiki and weblog facilities, as well as general advisory/design conversations

• [GlobalChicago] - hosting and various technical support for community organizing activities

• [NepalAppreciativeInquiryNationalNetwork] - facilitated three workshops/conferences, teaching open space and appreciative inquiry, in support of peaceful development in Nepal

• GivingConference - co-hosted and facilitated national philanthropy conference, connecting activists, bloggers, advisors and funders

• [OmidyarNetwork] - active member of international online community, so more and more people discover their own power to make good things happen
