Please join us for an evening conversation...
CorporateCompassion: Dissolving Differences and Cultivating Mutuality
We are living and working in unprecedented times of duality and polar opposites. Times of both openness on one end of the spectrum and rigidity on the other. On one hand a willingness to have dialogue and explore possibilities and on the other an extremist sense of right and wrong. People longing to live fully integrated lives or people wanting to keep things neatly and cleanly separated.
How do we live and work together in these times? Common ground is needed. If we look to the spiritual realm for wisdom, most of the world religions encourage compassion. At a deep and basic level, human beings long for more compassion being extended towards them and to be able to generously offer it as well. This is a start.
How can we, regardless of our present roles and titles, elevate the level of compassion in our own workplaces and in the organizations we touch? How can we help end the old story of suffering and force/control to begin a new conversation of mutuality, true partnership and compassion?
This is the topic we are inviting you to explore with us and friends and colleagues in whose life's work has to do with making a difference in the life of an organization. Spend and evening with dynamic people co-creating a new energy and focus.
