When discussing the idea of using Open Space for things like staff meetings, I suggested the possibility of using the "brown bag" concept combined with the Open Space

Staff meetings can take up much of a morning or afternoon, so why not use the Open Space concept to have participants write agenda items (as are done in the open space workshops), indicate a lunch hour and meeting place during the week, and anyone interested in discussing the item "brown bag" it, and use that time as the breakout.

Rules for Ongoing Open Space can be followed. Can have unlimited potential for growing an organization.

Yes Janice! I love this idea.
