Roles:

  1. Orientor is the person. Whatever vision an orientor wants to create they can. And, they have the support of there peers on their team. Team works happens among the peers. If none of your peers wants to share the vision, they still do personal work with you to help you become an orientor to build your team around your vision.

  1. Support is a person whose role is personal development of the members of the team. In the ideal sense, the suport person is facilating/giving the personal part of the meeting. The support person is also responsibil for clarification of lanugage and shared meanings frequently used by the team.
  2. Administrative (as a noun) An Admi is the one reponsible for circulating information in it's most basic sense. Registering people, collecting forms, registration fees, distributing materials, creating websites, all of the communication stuff.

Both the Support and Admi's are about supporting their peers, who are orientors. Every orientor has one admi. Everyone has peers. A peer who is an admi...
