I organize, facilitate, and document the results of conferences, retreats, meetings and workshops that bring (larger groups of) people together and to address our most important corporate and community issues. I make simple websites and offer free space to those who want to work together and get things done. What's your passion? ...and what can we do about it now, and together? -- MichaelHerman

My coaching practice - known as Souldancing - is best summed up with "dissolving fears." I begin a dance with each person, company, organization that focuses on stabalizing and clarifying who they are and what they want in life. We then begin to craft a process to draw upon the magic of living an authentic, aware, lively, robust life. In short order, my clients quickly see significant shifts in their ability to identify, and dissolve large and small fears / barriers - all increasing their quality of life.

I look forward to assisting as best I can. I've got two decades of community / volunteer organizing, facilitation, leadership and "serving coffee" experience under my belt. How may I be of service?
